We were instrumental in delivering the hotel’s Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, which became renowned as one of the best restaurants of its kind in the country and drove significant sales growth and a USP its competitors could not match. Over our ten-year tenure, we grew revenue by 61%, driven by increasing occupancy from 33% to 72.1%.
