We have managed this property on behalf of its owner since 2010, successfully guiding it through several brand transitions, from a Days Inn to a full-service Ramada, Best Western and, most recently, Garner by IHG.

Over the past 16 years, we have delivered numerous refurbishment and development projects, including the creation of additional bedrooms to increase capacity and the repurposing of existing areas to introduce new guest facing facilities. Today, the property is a modern, newly refurbished hotel offering 100 bedrooms, conference facilities and dining options, all designed around an efficient guest journey and the operational requirements of a busy city-centre hotel. Being the first hotel in the UK to formally partner with Deliveroo we have been able to reduce costs whilst maintaining great dining options for our guests.  Although our commercial strategy has evolved in response to changing market conditions, the property has consistently delivered strong growth and healthy margins. It remains an important part of our hotel portfolio.
